I was trying to install identity safe on my newly purchased Norton software (w/2yr license) and an error message popped up that said I was not eligible to install updates on my software because it was not a current paid subscription. I had a previous edition of norton internet security which expired this month, but it was wiped out when I installed the new, current software. Why won't this work?
