This is the first forum i have ever signed up to!! I a now desperate for help and having tried all the friends i no of that could possibly help with no joy, so i am asking for your help!
I purchased the above today and am haing roblems installing it. Says windows occurred a problmes whilst installing. I previosuly had norto 360 but removed this as it expired a couple of days ago. I have since lost the disc and a worried that unless i have the previous version on my laptop it wont allow the "upgrade".
i did explain this to the retailer and the assured me it would install no problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?!?!
