I purchased norton 360 on line as a renewal. I installed it on my 1st lap top no problem, i installed it on the second and its trashed it completely it seems, i had also installed it on the 3rd lap top not knowing it had trashed the second and it seems to have installed a trial version....i havnt checked if its done any damage on that one as i've been too devastated as to what i've lost on the second.
I tried system restore, no use and i now get a temporary windows that says i cant save any data on it.
It has deleted my programmes apart from adobe photoshop and premier elements which i got a long time ago and wont be able to re down load if i lose them too. There are no programmes in my start menu and when i down loaded my back up files from live drive they are deleted when i switch back on as is norton 360 and anything else i do. I have been able to connect to the internet albeit my browser if full of rubbish tool bars, pop ups coming all the time, it has deleted my printer too. Its just a mess.
I paid good money and wrecked my computor. Please can anyone help me.
