I purchased Norton 360 Version 4.0, which comes with 1 year protection for up to 3 PCs. I'd like to install it on my laptop, but my laptop does not have anyway to insert the disc. How can I install the product without the disk?
Refer to the following Symantec Article for downloading and installing Norton 360 on your laptop:
If you suspect that your computer is infected, try to run Norton Power Eraser tool and clear all threats before installing Norton 360:
http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/DIY/index.jsp
Check if it detects any threats and if it does, please provide us the filename and other details. Don't fix any files now, you can fix those after getting confirmation in this thread.

The scan picked up these:
csrsrv32.dll
lsass.exe
cliconfg32.dll
Should I go ahead and fix?
You can fix csrsrv32.dll and cliconfg32.dll as both these files are commonly related to malware and can be found in C:\Windows\System32\ folder. Please check the details for lsass.exe and provide the file path as detected by NPE, do not fix it now.
