I just installed Norton 360 premier 5.0 around 3-4 days ago and entered the product key.
However, when I start my laptop this morning, it said the window crashed and I need to restore it. After all of these, my window warning that there is no antivirus. Checked and found the folder of my Norton 360 in Start Menu is empty. Then I put my Norton CD and install again. I choose the Install option and it re-install itself (I don't know how this happened as the folder is empty).
I put the product keys second time for the same laptop. I just want to make sure that this process won't take the "Available Install" option down from 2 to 1. At this time it's 2, but my brothers who are away have not installed my Norton yet. One of my brother is in Europe and is busy with work. I couldn't find the way to contact Norton online to ask about this. Please check and assure me that it is only being used once this time.
