I have had my desktop computer resurrected with a new hard drive and I am trying to install Norton onto this as I have purchased it for use on my new laptop and I am allowed to have it on up to three computers.
I have created my account.
I have logged into my account onto the old computer, the one I now wish to install Norton onto
I have upgraded my web browser
I have downloaded the Downloader; several times and
I have double clicked on the installer exe file
It goes into the initialisation phase and will not progress any further; just says Norton Download Manager; iniializing
I do not have original discs as Norton was already installed on the laptop as a trial version when I purchased it.
I have since upgraded to a proper version of Norton
I have contacted support but so far have not had anything but an automated response
has anyone a suggestion of what I could do?
