Installing on 2nd PC issue (Netbook)

Hi guys,

I'm installing norton 360 v.4 on two computers, one with CD drive, and one's a netbook.

  • I installed it on the one with a drive just fine
  • But, when installing it on the netbook, via download, I was unable to put in a license key anywhere, so it has just defaulted to a 30 day trial.
So my question is this:
Is there somewhere I can input a license key on the netbook install (now that it is already installed), so that the software is licensed for a year instead of contuing on the trial version?
Thanks.

Cheers Yogesh, I'll try that.

You didn't download a netbook version did you? If so the standard key won't work on a netbook edition -- they use specific version keys .... unfortunately .....

If it's a standad version matching your installed copy then when you click on Express Revewal you should get a screen with a box to enter the key which you can copy/paste from the other installation's .... Key.txt file or from your Norton Account.

Yogesh's advice worked, so it must have not been the netbook version.

    Thanks all.
