Instant lock is not working on Samsung tablet

I turn on instant lock on my parental control on PC but it doesn't lock my child's account.  I am getting data regarding their tablet use however.

We have found out from our backend logs that "Accessibility Permission" is turned off for your child's device, which is needed for Norton Family to function effectively.

Kindly ensure that all necessary permissions are in place for Supervision, Instant Lock and other features to work seamlessly. We also recommend you to block the Settings App under App Supervision so as to prevent your child from tampering with the permissions moving forward.
