Instant lock not working

Hi

I am Norton installed on three Samsung phones.  Instant lock works on two of the phone, whereas it does not on the third.  All permissions have been granted.

It is only when I manually refresh the house rules, that the phone locks.

It is similar to behaviour to this post.

Welcome to Norton Family forum.

From backend analysis, we see the device is not having issues. However on few instances, we have seen device is unlocked using PIN. Please refer this help doc to change PIN.  

We need few more details to troubleshoot and have sent you a private message. Please check.

While we are investigating this issue, could you kindly check in the device if the adaptive battery settings are turned off for Norton Family app by checking this link.
