Recently reinstalled NIS2011 on my W7 pc as I upgraded from 32bit to 64bit. the last week everything appears to be running ok regards NIS, however, was just checking the settings and noticed on the IM settings, everything is greyed out? (That is when you press the 'configure' button and you get a list of 4 different IM programmes with tick boxes for you to select). I am using Windows Live Messenger, but not sure if this is how the settings should look?
NIS 2011 v.18.6.0.29, Malwarebytes Free, no other security software.
