Hi - I have recently come across 4 user PCs (using WIN/XPP SP3) with this error (see my subject title) at WIN bootup time, click OK and it proceeded to boot up Windows Desktop with a default profile.
Once I removed Norton AntiVirus then everything works meaning the proper user account profile will load and nomnore error as shown in my subject title. I then reinstalled NAV, ran LiveUpdate, power down and up again, works for 2 days, then the same would appear again at Startup. I removed NAV and all is fine again.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
