Intel AntiTheft Suspended, need unlock token

Hi! I wanted to reinstall Windows 8 on my Ultrabook (Vaio SVD1121). I did not un-enroll it from Norton AntiTheft. After a reinstall I wanted to reactivate Norton AntiTheft, but it wouldn't work. I thought, maybe there is an option to temporarily suspend AntiTheft. In the Bios I found the option Intel AT Suspend and enabled it. Then this screen appeared:

User Has Requested To Enter Intel(R) AT Suspend Mode.....

Refer the following Platform Recovery ID to IT: [ID]

Enter Server based Suspend Token:

This device has been locked and may have been lost.

If found Please ude the following information to return the device

Unlock with Norton Anti-Theft

Platform ID: 000009C5

Norton support is not able to help my by chat, they are going to arrange a callback/escalation. I will update the topic tonight after the callback (6pm @ GMT+1).

I am happy to announce that it is not needed anymore. When I was on the phone with Norton Support I pressed Esc three times ( I was bored because I had been waiting for quite a while already). The text on the screen changed! (it was too fast to read tho...). Windows booted!. When I turned the ultrabook off and switched it on again the 'old' screen was back and I couldn't press esc. After retrying a few times I was able to enter the EFI and when I was inside the settings Suspend was already Disabled... I'm not sure what happened, but the lock wasn't really a lock and I can use my ultrabook again. I'm sorry for not posting earlier, I have had a lot of things happening and I didn't find the time yet to post this, the mail notification worked as a subtle reminder :).

I would like to add that I found it very annoying that Norton support kept insisting that I enter my User password when the machine clearly wants a Recovery Token, the input wasn't even masked as *****. The support employee did not have in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of Intel AntiTheft despite me having to wait for about an hour for a 'Norton Antitheft technician' to chat with me. He sent me to links about Intel AntiTheft Console (which is actually McAfee) and didn't seem to understand that Norton Antitheft uses the Intel AntiTheft technology inside of the processor to work its magic.

After insisting that I wanted to be redirected to someone 'more familiar with Norton AntiTheft technology' than himself he said that he would arrange a callback on the same day at 6pm (my time). At about 8pm I started a new chat stating that I had not yet received a call. After that I was called back, but at the same time I already solved the problem myself.

But in the end I was able to use my notebook again and that's wat counts for me!
