I don't know if this the correct venue for this problem, but here goes: I'm running Windows XP Pro on a Dell XPS desktop. Whenever I try to install or reinstall Norton Internet Security or Norton Utilities, Installshield gives this message: "The Installshield(R) Wizard will install Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager on your computer. To continue, click NEXT." If I click NEXT, Installshield promptly reinstalls the Intel app while completely ignoring the Norton installation CD. I've deleted all TEMP files, but the problem continues. I could probably fix this by doing a clean reinstall of Windows XP, but would like to avoid that if a simpler fix is possible. Any suggestions?
