NIS2012 has options to change the main UI theme with the Following key combo shortcuts-
Shift + 2
Shift + 3
Shift + 4
Also the program UI does a somersault with the combo Ctrl +Windows+Alt + Clicking on Performance.
Will a naive user know these shortcuts & use it?
Why there isn't an option to choose the Theme in the settings for a beginner as in the prev versions?
I do hope that they put it back into the settings to avert complaints that Norton is bland without the abillity to theme the Window. Also, the theme only works in the "simple" screen not the advanced one.

Heh heh.., just my little joke! Actually you'd be surprised what little easter eggs are hidden in the code of some programs..., ever seen the 'Space Monkey' in Photoshop (CS2 - I believe)??
Here's one that tickles me too, found in Adobe Photoshop CS4. Below is the regular 'Help' menu followed by the 'easter egg' version.
Anyone know of anymore.., please get in touch or post them here. It's all in good fun!
Try this one.., it was originally written for an older version of Photoshop but still works on CS4, probably on newer versions too!
In Photoshop select the 'Type Tool' then on the menu bar above the screen click the icon 'Toggle the Character & Paragraphs Panel'. When the Character Pallette opens, type the name of an 'installed' font, i.e. Verdana then immediatly followed by 'mitzgy', so it will look like this: Verdanamitzgy (no space between words)!
Now click on icon 'Toggle the Character & Paragraphs Panel' again and you should see a fitting memorial for
I miss the 2010 option to set the interface to semi-transparent; I loved being able to see my desktop images and icons beneath the NIS program. Norton, please, PLEASE bring it back!
