I have norton 360 22.7.0.76 installed on PC (noticed the same problem with V20 and above of norton)
Problem is many times while I am accessing internet through web browser. It stop working. I am no longer able to access the internet. Tried different web browser but all show same result.
Error is "mail.google.com server dns address could not be reached"
Tried with different website but all have same results.

I have pending download in IDM, when I resume it, it is unable to resume. But if then I try to update norton it works fine.
Also if I try to access internet through my mobile(on which norton is not installed), it is working fine.
This means that internet is working fine since I can browse it on mobile. Also on desktop norton update works but any other browsing do not work.
I tried disabling norton antivirus & firewall also. But once this problem comes no effect.
Usually everything fine but while working this problem randomly pop up. Only solutuion which i found is turn off router for 1 min or so & then restart PC.
