Can anyone help please. Everytime I go on the internet I get the message 'Internet explorer has encountered a problem & needs to close' It gives you the option of sending a report, but whatever you do the message keeps on reappearing then eventually my internet shuts down. I have done disk cleanup & defragmenter, but still am getting the message
Does anyone know what to do please???
