Issue abstract:none of my games have internet access

Detailed description:Games will not install or play. I get error messages that I have no internet access. They worked last week. Web browser works fine. Is this a Norton Firewall issue? how do I fix it?

Update

I have:

Reset the network

Flush, renew IP

Reinstalled the network driver

Turned off Norton AV and firewall

Reset the firewall

Uninstalled the game Piece Of Cake. Now it won’t install. Says I don’t have an internet connection.

No updates due, Norton Driver says everything is up to date.

This is happening to more than one game.

Do you have the VPN function turned on? If so, turn that off and test again.

This is happening on two computers. VPN on and off. Norton firewall disabled, AV disabled, Blockers disabled. I’m not sure whats going on. Different games also.

Sound like you have checked all settings. Try a Norton Repair. From the main Norton UI click on Settings > Troubleshooting tab > Repair Norton, then test.

If that does not help, try uninstalling Norton using the Norton Remover utility. Use the Remove Only option. Then test with no Norton installed.
