Internet disconnects frequently

My personal PC running Windows 11 frequently becomes disconnected from the internet. Running Windows internet connection troubleshooter I get the following output: "An IPsec negotiation failure is preventing the connection." See report below. A Google search suggests changing the VPN settings but there is little to change in the Norton VPN settings. Two network diagnostic and configuration log  Hyperlinks appear in the report (.etl and .cab files) however when I click on them they are blank. An ipconfig.txt was produced but I'm not sure that I should share that info at this time. Restarting my machine fixes the issue but is not a desirable solution. Turning VPN on and off does not fix. Turning wifi on and off does not fix. Please advise.

Hello. Have you "reset" your connection in Windows settings? And have you disabled the N360 VPN from loading when Windows boots to see if that corrects the issue?
