Internet Explorer 64 bit problems

Hello,

 

I wonder if anyone can solve this matter for me..??

 

I have just bought a new laptop, which is loaded with Windows 7 Premium Home edition. My problem is since I have swapped, and try and use explorer 64 bit, I cannot use identity safe. This means I have to manually input all my saved log ins (which fortunalely have saved elsewere. Wnen I open Explorer 32 bit, all is normal. I would like to use the 64 bit as its faster. Any suggestions please?? I have tried re-installing my producy, but to no availe.

Welcome,

Identity safe is not x64 compliant. Use the x32 version of IE9 and all should be well. You may need to set compatibility mode when you are here to have your messages post properly.
