Everyone over at the Microsoft suite is saying Norton is the cause of my browser issue. I need this resolves I don'g care who started it. My online classes require I use IE. Friday night while watching a GTA video online aLL of a sudden I get the following error message.

I need this fixed yesterday. Since then I tried reinstalling IE 11 64 bit and now I don't even have an IE icon.
They also suggested running Norton Live update and that did nothing.
