Internet on smartphone sabotaged?

Recently I bought Norton again because I had no Internet on my smartphone because WiFi is sometimes unprotected. With VPN I finally managed to get Internet on my smartphone. After a spam phone call from Ghent, my entire Internet has disappeared again. I also can't use Google Play, then I see the screen that something went wrong. I used to consult the Fnac for such a problem, where they said that I just had to update.

The Ghent phone number that harassed me is possibly +32 9 420 30 60 and if not it might be: +32 9 420 30 50, 51, 52, 53, 58, 59, 64, 67, 69 and +32 9 250 57 83.

I've been getting spam calls from Ghent for years while I live in Brussels.  All these numbers come from my list of people who contacted me.  I didn't get them from nowhere else than in my smartphone.

It's working again, probably because I put it online although this time at Norton.  The guy at the telephone asked me to put the number in as you can do here: Wie heeft u gebeld vanaf 094203020 (+3294203020) ? | be.shouldianswer.net
