I can not stand it anymore - it is consuming my life!
I am trying resolve the continuous dropping of the connection between my PC and xbox 360. I have the error message on a bright blue screen and states that the connection is lost because of an UI being launched unexpectedly.
I have also discovered that there is a continuous error message within the event viewer on the PC that states;
Event ID 107 - Source McrMgr
Previous threads on here appear to have raised these concerns but replies from Symantec would appear to indicate that this was due to a software issue with Norton Internet Security 2009. On these threads, other concerned users were advised to wait for the 2010 version to be released by which times these issues would have been addressed. Alas, today I downloaded the 2010 version and still crashing out on me!
I have followed Microsoft's advise re: the floating keyboard issue and even have Norton running in silent but still faced with the same problem.
Any advice or help from anyone would be really, really appreciated!
