I would like to ask, wheather the account I made here does not match the German forum, because I could not sign in there. To the problem:
I have recently reinstaled my Windows 7 64x which had had Norton on it before, when I tried to install Norton Internet Security again, however, shortly after the licence-key input, I got a bluescreen. Unfortunately I do not exactly know which crashdump it was, as I have a few of those. When I tried to restart, there was another bluescreen. the PC did boot in security mode, but I was unable to uninstall norton in that mode. (In the software window just nothing happened after klicking on the programme name). Finally, Windows decided to restore the System and removed Norton, after which I can use my System without issues so far. As my licence is not yet over, I would like to ask whether it is possible to solve this problem and what the cause coud be.
