i caught the IS 2010 virus, which has corrupted my hard drive. i cannot even boot into safe mode. does anyone know if i can boot up with the Norton bootable recovery tool from norton is2009? will this allow me to save some picture files on my hardrive? also, is there an issue with downloading the tool over an imac, then using it on my pc? the mac is all i have access to now. many thanks.
