Internet Security 2011 Unable to download from my account - Available Installs NONE!

I need to download Internet Security 2011 as I have an issue that requires me to uninstall and reinstall the product.

However when I access my account and try to download the product which I have active subscription for it is unavailable.

Please advise how I can obtain a copy

Hello Fayellard.

                          You can download the Norton Internet Security 2011 from this link www.norton.com/nis11 and you can reinstall the norton product to your computer.Since you mentioned that you have an error message on the Norton  its recommened to use Norton removal tool from www.norton.com/nrt and Run this tool it will remove the existing Norton product from the computer. and you can reinstall the Product. if you have any issues let me know
