please please someone help me I am trying to install my new disc as last years has expired I have tried 3 times and cannot get it beyond initialzing? or one one try I got as far as install and then it goes to uninstal . I have been commuicating with Nathan and I am now homicidal I have never had this problem before , what is wrong.
