I have Internet Security 2013. Using Windows XP. I had an error message on my screen 5 days ago because it was not working at all. I redownloaded because the error code they gave me could not be fixed. Today I noticed liveupdate had not been done for 5 days (when I reloaded last) and I am getting spam in my e-mail. It gave me the same error code as before (I think) and told me to reload again! After just 5 days? I can not keep wasting my downloads on the same problems each week. What is going on? My 2012 version never gave me any problems in 366 days! Any insights would be appreciated.
