The program itself is wonderful. the only thing that i had is thatits downloading time was a lil slow at times. the Wireless back functioned properly after we had a power outage. I logged back in security for password was still in safe and the wireless settings were still the same. So no data was lost or had to be re-typed and settings didn't have to be re-entered they were as i has set them.
