I have a pretty serious problem with Internet Security on two nearly identical computers running Windows 7 Professional. I first noticed this when Netflix streaming hung up at 98% and would not finish. I called Netflix and they said they could not see my computer accessing their servers. I then went through a few hours with my ISP trying to figure this out. When they gave me thier speed test site to try, test.lvcm.com, Norton blocked this also. I then tried to download a file from Xilinx.com and they use a download mangager from a secure site. This got blocked also. I turned off everything I could on Internet Security and I still got blocked at all these sites. I finally competely uninstalled Internet Security and could access everything. I could find no documentation that explained what I should do to enable these sites. I am still looking for a solution. Everything works when Windows Defender kicked in but if I re-install Internet Security I am blocked from all 3 of these sites

Welcome,
Sorry to hear about the problem. When NIS blocks a site it will log it in the history file [UI -> settings -> history] You can then change the action to allow those programs access.
Keep us posted
I can confirm that test.lvcm.com gets blocked
