Hi there.
My brother installed Norton Internet Security on his laptop yesterday. Half way through the process Norton asked him to re-start his computer and it would then complete the installation. He re-started his computer but Norton wouldn't complete the installation. It came up with an error message. The internet has gone and all but two programes have gone from the PC. He's unable to connect to the internet network he is with.
Any help please?
