Up until 2 days ago my spam client was working great with my Outlook 7. My computer was having run time errors in regards to iTunes.. I had to delte all the iTune stuff on my laptop since I don't use them anyway. Then NIS icons weren't showing up. I deleted all Norton programs using the remove tool and reinstalled. Everything seems to be working EXCEPT the spam client in Outlook. I've tried all the tips of unchecking in Norton, rebooting, re-checking in Norton, rebooting, adding the client in Outlood, etc. But it won't stay as an add-in in Outlook. I'd really like to get the toolbar back in Outlook since I have four months of this subscription until I have to upgrad to 2014 NIS... Can anyone help??? Is there anyway to reinstall the .dll?

Did you have the toolbar working for a short time after your reinstalls, and then it disappeared again?

You list Engine\21.1.0.18 in the subject. This would indicate you are already on V21, 2014 of NIS. Had you meant to reinstall an earlier version? If so, post back and we can give you instructions on how to do that.

Can you verify the version of Outlook? 2007?
Also your operating system and service pack may help find a solution for you.
My outlook version is 12.0.6680.5000. I actually went online to chat and they actually logged into my computer and fixed it. What they did was use the unistall tool and completely uninstalled all Norton products. Did a search to make sure it was completely installed. Rebooted, then re-installed my Norton product. They then did a live update and added a patch... And did at least 5 o 6 more live updates until all patches were installed. They then rebooted... And when they brought up my outlook... wah lah...it was there!
