Suggestions? I bought this from Office Depot So I believe it is genuine software
I get error message with the set up assistant:
3 Assistant plug-ins failed to finish.
Could not determine which services are running on your computer
There was an error determining which services are running on your computer. The Setup Assistant will continue, but the firewall may block access to some services running on your computer. Please restart your computer after the Setup Assistant completes.
I click “OKAY”
Then get message “there are no services running on this MAC”
Click “Finish”
Could not write the firewall settings
There was an error writing your firewall settings. The Setup Assistant will try to complete, but the changes you made during the setup assistant may not be saved. Please restart your computer after the Setup Assistant completes.
Click “Continue”
Could not launch privileged tool
