Internet Security greyed out

When I open Norton 360 the Internet Security is greyed out and says Not set up and Banking Protection is disabled. When clicking on the Set Up Now it takes me to a chrome screen that says "You are now protected online by Norton". 

I am running Norton version 22.22.6.10

I am on a Win 10 PC version 21H2 build 19044.1826

Yes I did change back to Chrome but it did not change from grey.

I also undid Edge to see if that made a difference but it did not.

I removed the extentions from Chrome and then re-entered them via the set up now but this did not change anything.

After changing to Edge, did you try setting it back to Chrome?

 

I have signed out and signed in a couple of times and restarted.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Norton 360.

I still have a greyed out tab (when I change to Microsoft Edge it goes green, so it is a chrome issue of some kind.

Maybe, try Sign Out / Sign In
Maybe, try refresh your Norton install.

When clicking on the set up now it shows all is OK, but it is still greyed out in internet security.

Did not work for me as there was no change to the grey screen setting.

Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again. Restarting, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. There is s new version of 360 being released. This may resolve your issue.
