Intrusion attempt blocked - Malicious Javascript Encoder 5

Am receiving repeat warnings on the intrusion attempt. See below.

I do not think this site is trying to take over my PC.    I tied to "un-block" the site per instructions in the Help files but when I get to the Settings /  Firewall / Intrusions & Browser Protection / Intrusion Autoblock

does not list any site as blocked so i cannot unblock this site.

Hello Tireman9,

Your Norton product is protecting you from threats associated with this website.

Based upon the current Safe Web report for fmca.com, I would not visit the site:

http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=fmca.com

I have seen the report. However given what I know about the company running the site I doubt that they are trying to hack my PC.

I think that the more likely answer is that the use of Java by FMCA.com is causing Norton software to issue the warnings.

If you look at the Norton Full Site Report, you will see that the malicious content seems to be located in a blog.  One of the most common issues with websites that lack proper security safeguards is that users can sometimes insert malicious JavaScript into comments they post on the site.  If you then visit the site with JavaScript enabled in your browser you could easily be infected without any action on your part.  It is not the site owners who are attempting to infect visitors (that would be very bad for business), it is the persons who have compromised the site and inserted their own malicious content.

If I may add an additional piece of information, the site appears to be down:
