Looks like your network adapter or some1 or something is attempting to establish a connection with your computer. May be good or bad. Just let it be. If everything is still functional, I see no reason to trust Norton. If you have issues with your internet connection, P2P, etc., then that would be my first suspect.

Possible, Red. It could have also been blocked by browser protection. However, I would not be worried.

Notechguy, what is the specific intrusion that is being detected? If it’s a portscan, than it’s a false positive coming from your DNS server.

Is the firewall active that comes with your nforce board?

You said your using an Nvidia nforce Network Controller. Are you also using an nforce mother board? You must be. Most nforce boards come with a firewall.
