Intrusion Prevention add-on not appearing in IE9

Looking at Computer Protection ->History, Intrusion Protection is Enabled and monitoring.

However, when I look at Tools->Manage Add-ons, it does not appear.

Windows 7 64bit, Norton AV 2012., IE 9.
