I upgraded from Win 8.1, decided I didn't like the loss of privacy and Win 10 was sometimes buggy, so I downgraded back to Win 8.1. Norton 360's Intrusion Prevention and Browser Protection keep turning off. I turn it on, then it turns off. After a few attempts, it turns, then greys out so I can't do anything. If I reboot. I can turn them back on, but after it finishes boot, it will turn them off. It "appears" they will stay on if I unplug my internet connection, but as soon as I plug it in, the turn off and go grey. My wife's Win 8.1 PC functions correctly and they stay on. The only thing I can think of that's different is she never tried Win 10. I'm really concerned about these being off.
