I have seen similar posts but I'm still not sure how to fix this problem.
I have Norton Internet Security 10.1.0.26 and have recently installed Internet Explorer 8 and Windows Live Family Safety V14. (which I was using previously without a problem). I am running on Vista Home Premium SP1.
I found I could no longer use either IE or Firefox. By trial and error I have discovered that the only way I can get the browsers to work is if I turn off Intrusion Prevention in Norton.
Does any know of a fix to this that would allow me to reenable Intrusion Prevention?
