Hi Respected Members,
I am Avinash from xxxxxx. Today i have updated my Norton Internet Security 2010, v17.5.0.127. I have recived an update of 2 MB, but after updating, my Norton IS 2010, immediately rebooted my system. After rebooting i have found my tray icon missing but i found its services running in my task manger.
About 5 minute later, tray icon appeared but with Red Colour cross. Immediately i opened the main window of NIS 2010 and found that Intrusion Prevention Setting is not working. I try to fix it but all goes in vain. Even i manually updated the setting through setting window but still all in vain.
I guess there is problem in update, and please do note that my system is running okay, and i have no infection problem in it. Only Intrusion Prevention is not loading and other services are working fine. Even i scanned it and found no infection.
Last but not least i am using Windows 7 Ultimate (x86) and MBAM 1.44. I am also using Sandboxie 3.44 and Mozilla Firefox for my browsing activities.
I request all you guys to look into the matter.
