I've tried to find an answer to this, but I keep only finding to make sure everything is up to date.
I'm not sure how to tell what is causing the problem. When I run the wireless troubleshooter on why I can't connect to the internet, it says the problem can be resolved with Norton Firewall. I have permanently disabled the intrusion prevention and I still get the error the intrusion prevention has blocked an attack. I'm not sure what to do. It blocks every wifi I connect to with in a few minutes. The first time I had this problem was a few weeks ago while I was connected to a hotel wifi. Ever since then I have had problems with all networks including my normal home network that I don't have any problems with. My other laptop that connects to the same network and is also running Norton 360 premier does not have any issues.
