Just purchased a new subscription and installed it just fine, but the activation key code won't work. Was able to download the definitions, etc. but the Live Update screen shows the old subscription date (expired) and will not accept the new key code. Always comes up "invalid". Have tried all the suggestions on "support", but nothing works. Most of the suggestions don't really fit what is showing on the screen. Is there someway to get some help?
