I did indeed contact customer service and they reinstalled the software and fixed the problem.

Thanks for the follow-up Terry. It’s nice to know that our Customer Support team was able to fix the problem with a reinstall.
When I try to run a virus and spyware scan "Invalid Licence" shows up under "Results" I have spent a long time trying to to get support help but have failed. The system gets stuck in the scan my computer mode.
