I tried to use a renewal key, but it didn't work. But now every hour I get a pop up that says the key I entered is invalid. I don't want to renew right now, I just want to stop the pop ups. I select close, close norton and tried everything but no matter what I still get the pop up.

Welcome,
Try this: open NIS/NAV click on Support click on Subscription Status and see if that doesn't clear the problem.
Keep us posted
No luck, I just got another one of the pop ups
Hi, kewers 77. The normal renewal key is 25 characters. How did you try to renew ?
If you did it through the Norton UI, it will give you the option of Straightforward renewal, or underneath I have a key or code to enter.
Is your key a valid one ? If so you can just leave it until a day or two before your subscription is due, and then enter a valid key.
That's why you're getting the popups.
If you renew in the usual way, the extra time is added on to your current subscription.
Hello
Subscription or key problems are best handled thru customer support and the best way is thru the free chat program. They will tell you how to stop the popup. They will also tell you if the popup is from Norton and not something else.
Just put your original key back into it, the 25 character one.
The 19 character renewal key is either no good or for a different product.
