I just purchased the Internet Security 2011 and since the purchase I haven't been able to get my subscription renewal code to take.. I have 5 days left b4 my subscription runs out.. I tried everything that was suggested by the online chat person and still I cannot get the code to take.. I would like some help so I can get my subscription up and running..
