To everyone on the forum - we have worked a process to enable forum members to register for Norton Advantage - our loyalty program.

I have added in some of the benefits below - its a program for our customers whom we want to continue to engage with on a frequent basis.

  • Expert information (articles, slidehsows, podcasts, videos) on how to get more out of your online experience, and how to protect and preserve the things you care about
  • Access to exclusive customer and technical support (unique toll free line)
  • Opportunities to communicate with Symantec experts (Consumer advisory panel meetings, webcasts)and fellow Norton Advantage members
  • Special deals and promotions only available to Norton Advantage members

Click here to register for the program and web site. www.nortonadvantage.com

Just follow the not registered link

If you have any questions you can either post a message on Norton Forum ( I monitor on behalf of the program) or email NAmembers@symantec.com

Give us feedback about what you see – and what you would like to seeon the site . We have been using member feedback to guide or content creation, features offered, etc. This is a program defined by our customers .

Is Norton Advantage free?

Yes, Norton Advantage is free. To be sent an invitation to join the program, please e-mail your interest to Donna Jeannette at NAmembers@symantec.com.

Cheers,

Yes Norton Advantage is a free loyalty program -

I clicked on the link to the web site, I got a sign in page. Because I didn't have an account, I tried to register. Registration failed. Here's the message:

"We searched for your email address used for your invitation and did not find it. Please use the same email address used for the invitation (you can change it later if necessary)."

Apparently Symantec is sending out email invitations, and our email address must match your email list? If so, registering from the forum here won't work?
