iOS 8.2 - IDSafe 3.5.29 - Deleted all data on cloud

Attempted to sync IDSafe between iPad (new) and iPhone (old).  I had previously only accessed app on iPhone (ver 8.2). I had to reset password to Norton account to get app to login on new iPad (ver 8.1.3).  No problem!  Email & new password taken... Then they requested a new cloud vault password (w/ more strict requirements). Instructions mentioned ability to import old account entries--sounds good!  The vault loads empty (scary!) but I figure Symantec knows what they are doing, right?  NOPE!  All passwords are gone. Close app on both devices, restart app on both devices... All data gone!  Yes-- I RTFM and followed all instructions completely. Tried to log on website and data gone there too. Any ideas on fixing this major FUBAR on their part?  Thanks in advance!
