I installed this app and signed into my account on an iPad Air 2. It recognised that I have an account - I already have a vault set up on PC and it is an online vault. However the IOS app failed to recognise that there was an existing vault - it simply prompted me to create a new vault. I tried re-installing - exactly the same.
I then backed up the vault on my PC and created a new vault, as asked, within the IOS app. It seemed to create a new (empty) vault. I went back to PC and, as expected, my vault there was now empty. I restored all the information from the backup I had previously created on the PC and then signed into the IOS app again. Still an empty vault. I left it for a day to see if it was just really slow at syncing - nope nothing. So as far as I can tell I seem to have 2 different vaults on the same account, one of which is completely empty - clearly there is some connection between the two as creating a new vault wiped the information from the existing vault. I would not have thought it possible to have 2 vaults so I guess the IOS app cannot 'grab' information from the server but can, extremely usefully, wipe it clean. When I sign into the vault through the website I can see the vault online and it has all of the logins so there is definitely an online vault there but the IOS app basically appears not to work at all. Any ideas. Do any Norton products actually work these days?
