Issue abstract: installed norton on ipad, age for apps was 13+ and everything was ok when randomly the next day it locked everything as if it was set to 4+. Had to remove the device profile to return access to apps. Toggling age to 16+ did nothing and so did removing content restrictions. Is there a solution?
