Ipad IdSafe AOL Email "You are no longer logged in. Please log in again."

My problem with Norton Identity Safe is when I am using my iPad using IdSafe App and logged in to my AOL email account, I try to open an email and I get the following message:
"You are no longer logged in.  Please log in again." With a click button "OK". 

When I click "OK" the page refreshes showing my current AOL Inbox email list. 

If I click on an email, the same repeats.  "You are no longer logged in.  Please log in again." With a click button "OK"
