I can now access my PW vault on my iPad (although the whole process was tedious, and I have now lost my local vault on my PC - it is now in the ‘cloud’), but when I tap an icon to launch a website from the vault, it leaves the ID and PW boxes empty. Kinda seems to defeat the whole purpose… Are others having the same problem? Norton’s usually outstanding help desk referred me to this forum, said they couldn’t help.
